The mindfulness and meditation practices I offer are aimed at deepening self-awareness, supporting your emotional and physical well-being and helping transform unhelpful patterns that allow you to live more consciously and feel less easily highjacked by unexpected events or difficult situations. They integrate traditional Buddhist and Daoist teachings with useful insights from modern neuroscience. 

Whether in a group or one-to-one setting, these practices gently guide you back to your natural capacity for ease, clarity and resourcefulness.

With regular practice, mindfulness can become a steady and reliable source of support for your mental, emotional and physical well-being.

1:1 SESSIONS

When we move through life on autopilot, unsure of what truly matters to us, why we do what we do, or feeling trapped and weighed down by painful experiences, it becomes difficult to live from our full potential and feel a sense of purpose and inner peace. Mindfulness and meditation offer a compassionate and transformative path to understand our wounding, meet our pain with awareness, and gradually transform it into sources of wisdom and strength. Through this process, we rediscover our resilience and inner wholeness that remain untouched, no matter what life brings.​

Whether you are feeling stuck, navigating a challenging time or simply seeking greater calm, clarity and meaning, these sessions offer a safe and grounded space to deepen your understanding of the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and take practical and effective steps towards living more consciously, trusting yourself and feeling able to rely on your inner resources, especially in difficult times. â€‹Or perhaps you would like to learn how to meditate in a way that truly works for you or deepen the practice you already have.

Each session is tailored to you and draws upon evidence-based mindfulness approaches, including Insight Meditation (Vipassana), Body-Centered Awareness, the RAIN Method, Compassionate Inquiry, Conscious Breathing Methods to Regulate the Nervous System and other mindfulness-based tools.

You’ll also learn easily applicable  and effective practices to integrate into everyday life, helping you to cultivate greater ease, balance, and resilience, regardless of external circumstances.

MINDFULNESS AT WORK 

I offer online and in-person mindfulness classes designed to support employee well-being, reduce stress, and cultivate a more resilient and focused workplace culture.

These sessions can take the form of Intro to Meditation classes or customised mindfulness programs tailored to your team’s specific needs. Rooted in evidence-based practices and grounded in both Buddhist psychology and modern neuroscience, each class integrates techniques such as breath awareness, compassion-based practices, and body-centered mindfulness.​

Classes are flexible in format and duration—ranging from 20 to 90 minutes—and there is no limit to the number of participants. Whether you're looking to offer a one-time session or a recurring program, these classes provide employees with practical tools to manage stress, enhance focus, and reconnect with their inner resources—supporting both individual and collective well-being.

COURSES &
GROUP SESSIONS

Group meditations, mindfulness courses, and themed series offer an accessible and supportive context for developing emotional well-being, inner resilience, and embodied awareness and cultivate the sense of community. â€‹

These offerings provide a structured learning environment in which participants can explore mindfulness within a group setting, deepen their understanding through regular practice, and integrate reflection and shared inquiry.

Whether you are new to meditation or looking to consolidate and deepen an existing practice, group settings offer a valuable opportunity for learning, connection, and collective exploration.

Sessions are available both in person and online, and are offered in a range of formats - from single workshops to in-depth, multi-week programmes.
